He has actively been involved in over $250 million dollars of real estate transactions.
Brett’s background in leasing and acquisitions will help him in understanding his client’s needs and helping them accomplish their goals. He is well versed in both net-lease and sale-leaseback transactions as well as a comprehensive understanding of health care and retail investments, making him an ideal advisor with a depth of knowledge.
Prior to joining Quantum, Brett was Vice President of Acquisitions for Centrum Realty & Development in Chicago he worked with multiple developers focusing on the acquisition and disposition of retail, healthcare, and mixed-use assets across the country.
Prior to joining Centrum in 2017, Brett oversaw leasing and management at the Bradley Business Center, a 500,000 SF mixed-use development on Chicago’s north side.
