Brent Weirick is a real estate brokerage veteran who currently serves as a Managing Director at JLL’s LA North office located in Burbank, California. Brent has extensive knowledge of the LA North Industrial Market gained through representing both landlords and tenants over the previous 32 years. Brent has assembled some of the more notable transactions with the LA North Market, including some of the larger land dispositions.
Prior to joining JLL, Brent spent 30 years with Colliers in their Encino office, where he provided services to clients such as Costco, Living Spaces, CarMax, Lockheed, Enterprise, and Coach USA. Brent began his real estate career at Colliers where he consistently ranked either first or second in the North Los Angeles region.
