Brendan McGeary is a Cushman & Wakefield broker focusing on industrial asset sales across PA, SNJ and Delaware. Brendan started with C&W as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2019. Over the last three years he has grown his understanding of the PA/NJ industrial market and focuses the majority of his time on the Capital Markets deals, from underwriting to due diligence and everything in between. Brendan is a 2017 graduate of Boston University's Questrom School of Business. Before Cushman & Wakefield, Brendan spent one and a half years at the T.R. ENGEL Group in Newton, MA, a boutique asset management and advisory firm in the Hospitality industry. His role focused on the production of monthly asset management reports and underwriting for investment advisory work.
