As Associate of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Brandon Careaga is responsible for providing support to the State Street Realty team in the areas of business development, tenant and landlord representation and market research.
Mr. Careaga specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial properties throughout South Florida and has been representing tenants and sellers since 2016. Since beginning his career in industrial real estate, Brandon has completed over 500,000 square feet in transactions valued at over $20 million. Prior to joining State Street Realty, Mr. Careaga worked for The Easton Group, a real estate firm based in Doral.
Mr. Careaga is a Miami native. He holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida International University (FIU) and a Master of Science in International Real Estate also from FIU. He attended Christopher Columbus High School.
