Bradley Buzil is a Licensed Mortgage Broker and Senior Director of Capital Markets at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), having joined the firm’s West Los Angeles office in 2012. With over a decade of experience, Bradley specializes in arranging debt and equity financing across all commercial real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, multifamily, office, single-tenant net lease, manufactured home communities, self-storage, and senior housing. Bradley has built long-standing relationships with a wide array of capital sources—ranging from national and regional banks to CMBS lenders, credit unions, agency lenders (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), life insurance companies, and private lenders—enabling him to tailor financing solutions to meet the unique goals of each client.
