Mr. Rogers is an Executive Director in the Corporate Capital Markets group of Cushman & Wakefield and a real estate professional with over 30 years of experience. The Corporate Capital Markets group is a specialized offering of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets and advises User/Occupier clients on a wide range of assignments including property sales, sale-leasebacks (short & long-term), monetization strategies, property dispositions and asset underwriting/positioning. As senior member of the Ingwers/Rogers capital markets team, he has successfully implemented transactions across multiple geographies and property types including corporate campuses, office properties (urban and suburban), industrial assets, warehouse properties, call centers and enterprise data centers.
