Brad Williamson is a Managin Director at Berkadia in Miami, Florida, where he provides complex capital solutions for a variety of asset classes. Brad started his career as a real estate valuation analyst, and later Associate Director, for GE Capital Real Estate, where he structured, underwrote, and closed over $750 million of commercial real estate debt throughout the United States.
