He has also represented Bechtel SAIC Corporation in a lease for a total of 308,000 square feet. Other past significant transactions include a 109,000 square foot lease for Zappos.com. He also participated in many sales transactions, one of which was the largest office building in Las Vegas, The Cheyenne Corporate Center with a total sales price of $26 million on a 318,000 square foot office complex.
