About
Brad brings over 20 years of mortgage lending experience and advising with over $3 Billion in real estate debt and equity negotiated and closed.
Prior to joining James Capital Advisors, Brad was the Executive Managing Director of Rosano Partners and the founding Principal of Windward Capital, a real estate capital advisory firm specializing in debt financing, JV/preferred equity, and construction financing across all asset classes. He started his career in New York City as a Director of underwriting, placement, and closing with Meridian Capital, and then joined Ackman-Ziff as the director of west coast operations. Brad arrived in Los Angeles in 2003, focused on helping middle-market sponsors and family offices finance their projects both in the western states & nationwide.
Brad holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU. He earned his BS from Colgate University in history. His passions outside of structuring and closing RE transactions are teaching his son about the natural wonders of the Sierras and pedaling the road and trail less traveled on his bikes.
