Brad Kilbride currently serves as a Director for Lee & Associates – Houston and will help assist with the new national retail broker business line. He specializes in tenant representation for both regional and national retailers as well as project leasing throughout the greater Houston market. Brad also serves as a national master broker for several high-profile retailers & restaurants.
Prior to Lee & Associates, Brad worked for Weingarten Realty Investors in Houston and Regency Centers in Jacksonville, Florida.
While at Weingarten, Brad focused primarily on leasing grocery-anchored developments, power centers and neighborhood strip centers. He was responsible for a portfolio containing over 2,000,000 square-feet of retail. During his tenure there he was consistently one of the top producers.
