Brad Goff is a 22-year veteran of the apartment brokerage industry. His market knowledge and strategies have resulted in repeat business from esteemed clients including Waterton Associates, Archstone-Smith, Sentinel Real Estate Corporation, Alliance Residential, Equity Residential, AIMCO, and Archon Group. Brad was formerly with Insignia/ESG and Trammell Crow Company, where he was repeatedly ranked as one of the company’s top producers. He joined Newmark in 2005 as the Principal Broker and Founding Partner of the Phoenix office and has completed transactions totaling over 11,000 units and $1 billion since its inception. All together, Brad has brokered over 20,000 units and more than $2 billion in sales in his career. Brad graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and is involved in Valley Partnership and the Greater Phoenix Economic Council.
