Brad Downing is an associate with Newmark based in the Orlando office. Mr. Downing assists in all aspects of the deal process including valuation, underwriting, financial modeling, market research and due diligence coordination for the company’s transactions. Prior to joining the Multifamily Investment Sales team, Mr. Downing was a production associate on Newmark’s Florida Debt & Structured Finance team.
Prior to joining Newmark, Mr. Downing was an associate at Northmarq Capital where he sourced, underwrote, and closed debt and equity assignments across all asset types, with a concentration on multifamily properties. In this role, Mr. Downing worked closely with his clients to meet their specific financing needs through various lending institutions including the Agencies, Life Insurance Companies, and conduit lenders.
