Brad joined Marcus & Millichap in 2018 and specializes in the nationwide acquisition and disposition of Manufactured Home Communities and RV Resorts. He prides himself on putting his clients' needs first and is known for his diligence and work ethic. He has been able to utilize the Marcus & Millichap platform along with the Denninger Team network to complete numerous transactions with buyers and sellers across the country, reflected in the Denninger Team’s 200% average annual growth rate of transactions closed over the last three years. Brad is originally from Phoenix, Arizona and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics and was a scholarship athlete for the Men’s Swimming and Diving Team. In his free time, Brad enjoys playing tennis and spending time with family and friends.
