Brad Belden is a senior vice president of Colliers | Chicago’s Retail Sales & Leasing group working to expand the firm’s retail services platform in the region. Brad has been selling, leasing, and managing commercial real estate in Chicago since 2004. In 2012, he began focusing on retail leasing and sales, specializing in landlord and tenant representation. Through the successful cultivation of his own book of business in a competitive landscape, he has closed over 150 deals over 500,000 SF. With a unique ownership mentality, Brad ensures all client objectives are met and the optimal value is achieved for each property.
