About
Boston Weir started Henry Group, LLC with Co-Founder and Partner, Patrick Henry, in September of 2019. Boston and Pat were both formerly with Unique Properties, Inc. / TCN Worldwide as well as Cushman & Wakefield. Boston has spent the last 10 years of his career working in commercial real estate consulting. He and Pat focus almost exclusively on mid-market investment sales of multifamily, land, office, retail, industrial and special use assets. Boston has specialized in leasing, owner/user, and investment sales, focusing heavily on multifamily, industrial, creative office, retail, land, and urban redevelopment properties. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Boston worked for several boutique CRE investment and brokerage firms while attending the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Boston has completed over 300 lease and sale transactions, equating to over 10MM square feet of space and over $500MM in total deal consideration in his almost decade long career.
