Senior Director Bobby Gatling joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in 2018. Mr. Gatling is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales for multifamily assets throughout Central and North Florida. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Gatling was a first vice president at CBRE, Inc. and he began his career in the commercial real estate industry with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank in 2005. Since then, he has received many accolades for his exceptional brokerage performance. His awards include: six-time recipient of CoStar’s “Power Broker of the Year”, NAIOP’s “Sale of the Year” and “Broker of the Year”, and he was recognized as one of the top brokers of the year at both CBRE and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank for several contiguous years. Mr. Gatling attended the University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Science in commerce and business administration.
