At Northmarq, Bob is responsible for originating, underwriting, marketing and closing debt and equity financing for commercial and multifamily properties through Northmarq’s network of correspondent Life Insurance Companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Debt Funds, CMBS and other lending sources. He shares his knowledge of commercial real estate and capital markets with his clients to provide financing structures suited to their particular needs.
Bob began his commercial real estate career with Northmarq as in Investment Analyst in 2007. Since joining the company, he has been involved in the origination of over $1.5 billion in multifamily, industrial, retail, office, self-storage and hospitality transactions.
Bob received his Bachelors in Business Administration from St. Thomas University in Miami, where he was a member of the men’s golf team. He is a licensed real estate broker-associate in the State of Florida. Outside of the office, Bob enjoys spending time with his family (wife and two daughters), playing golf and fishing.
