Blake Shipley is Managing Director with the JLL Landlord Leasing Group in Dallas, where he is responsible for the leasing and marketing of commercial office properties throughout the metroplex. Mr. Shipley specifically focuses on the strategic positioning of ground up developments, redevelopment and repositioning efforts across urban and suburban submarkets alike.
Current and former clients include: USAA Real Estate, Glenstar Properties, Kaizen Development, Cousins, Asana, KBS Realty Advisors, EQ Office, The Blackstone Group, Metlife, LaSalle Investment Management, PIMCO, Investcorp, Prescott Realty, Brookwood Financial, Quadrant Investments, CDI, Westdale and Capital Commercial Investments.
Experience
Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Shipley was an Associate at CBRE from 2006- 2011 and part of the agency leasing team there.
Mr. Shipley also spent two years at CBRE as a financial analyst & transaction manager on the Bank of America GCS account. There he focused on ground-up retail development, office lease renewals and ATM locations.
