Blake Morar began his career in real estate as a green 23-year-old with just $1,500 in his pocket. Today, he co-owns Scenic Sotheby’s International Realty. With its 64 full-time sales associates and 2018 sales volume of more than $776 million, it is the No. 1 real estate brokerage along Florida’s Emerald Coast.
Blake grew up in Baton Rouge, La., and earned a degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University in 1996. He immediately relocated to Destin, Fla., and found his passion in real estate. In 2014, Destin Real Estate Company affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty, affording his clients both the local knowledge they’d come to expect and the global reach of a worldwide brand.
To date, Blake has completed more than $850 million in career sales. In 2018, he led a three-broker team that completed more than $99 million in sales volume with a 95.6% list price to sales price ratio.
