Blake Kendrick serves as Managing Partner of Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas / Fort Worth office. Blake is responsible for leading all phases of the firm’s Dallas / Ft. Worth office.
Blake joined the firm in 2006 and previous to leading the Dallas / Ft. Worth market for Stream, Blake led Stream’s industrial operations across the Dallas / Ft. Worth market. Under Blake’s leadership Stream’s Dallas / Ft. Worth industrial business grew to one of the largest service platforms with Dallas / Ft. Worth with a service business portfolio in excess of 65 million square feet. During his tenure at Stream, Blake has completed over 45,000,000 square feet of industrial and flex transactions representing both Landlords and Tenants.
