Blake Anderson, SIOR, is a leader in industrial tenant representation, applying a multi-discipline, no-conflict approach to developing strategic real estate solutions on behalf of his clients.
Blake holds the prestigious SIOR designation and is an expert in industrial properties, supply chain management and logistics, manufacturing, distribution and site selection, with more than 22 years of experience. He has negotiated more than 1,100 transactions, valued at a total of $1.7 billion, for such organizations as Mission Foods, Joerns Healthcare, Pizza Inn, Bayer and Zales Corporation.
Blake joined Newmark Knight Frank’s Industrial and Logistics Services division in 2020 from Savills, where he served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Branch Manager of the Dallas office and worked to expand the office’s industrial presence. He joined Savills in 2018 from Cushman & Wakefield.
