Mr. St. John is a Vice Chairman at CBRE, co-leading the New England Multifamily Investment Sales team. From 2006 to 2012, Mr. St. John served as an Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc.’s Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Inc., Mr. St. John was a member of the Investment Properties Group at CBRE and prior to that, he was a member of the Consulting and Valuation Group. Since 2000, Mr. St. John has participated in excess of $17.2 billion in multifamily transactions totaling over 100,000 units. Since returning to CBRE in 2012, Mr. St. John has been recognized every year as a top 10% producer at CBRE. In his position as an appraiser with CBRE, Mr. St. John provided consulting and valuation services to a number of institutional, public and private organizations.
