Bill Strassman is the newest member of the retail leasing division at TerraCRG. Bill supports the team in all landlord and tenant assignments within the Brooklyn Market, making meaningful connections between brands and their new home. Some deals Bill has successfully managed include Johnny’s Chop Shop in Williamsburg (its flagship retail space in the U.S.), Hana Makgeolli in Greenpoint and Venn City in Bushwick.
Prior to joining the team, Bill interned at AGMB Law, the Corcoran Group and Ethos Wealth Management. He recently graduated from Trinity College with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science minor and was a member of the lacrosse team. Bill enjoys hiking, traveling and trying new restaurants.
