Bill Harvey joined JLL as Executive Vice President with a focus on landlord and tenant representation in the burgeoning New York City life science ecosystem. He currently works under the leadership of Travis McCready, National Practice Leader for JLL's North American life sciences real estate markets practice, and John Cahill, Senior Vice President of JLL’s Northeast life sciences practice group. Bill has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and development sector. He is renowned for significant life science transactions, including bringing the New York Genome Center to 101 Avenue of the Americas in 2012. He has worked on major projects like Innolabs in Long Island City, negotiating deals with NYU Langone and Opentrons on behalf of ownership. He has also worked with several other life science industry landlords, ranging from Botanic Properties to Taconic Investment partners and its Elevate Research Properties subsidiary.
