Bill Evans joined the Tysons office of Avison Young as a Principal in August 2017. Prior to joining Avison Young, Bill was an Executive Managing Director in Cushman Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. office, where he was responsible for the administration and delivery of Tenant Representation services, account management, leadership and strategic direction in the planning, acquisition, management and redeployment of real property assets. With over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, his background has developed into working for and supporting large multi-national corporations. Bill understands that Corporate Real Estate’s (CRE) role within an organization is to maximize the utility of the portfolio for the company, governmental agencies or business unit’s strategic needs while minimizing overall cost.
