Bill Cumbelich became an Executive Vice President with CBRE in San Francisco, in December 2013, following the acquisition of The CAC Group. The CAC Group, which he co-founded in 1990 grew to become the largest independent brokerage firm in San Francisco, and one of the premier institutional boutique real estate services companies in the United States. The CAC Group completed many of the largest and most significant transactions in San Francisco from 1990-2013. CAC represented in excess of 19 million square feet of buildings in San Francisco and Seattle. Bill started his brokerage career in San Francisco with Coldwell Banker & Co. in San Francisco in 1977, where he worked as one of the firm’s top producing brokers until 1989. Bill is a Bay Area native and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana with a degree in finance. He is married and a father of four, a youth baseball coach and Sunday school teacher.
