Bill is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and is also the President of its Broker Dealer, Jones Lang LaSalle Securities, LLC. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Bill specializes in debt transactions that are structured and then funded through the sale of securities to institutional fixed income investors. Providing efficient, custom tailored capital to owners/investors of real estate, structured finance solutions may include Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) financing, ground lease bifurcation strategies, and other securitized pass-thru and over-collateralization rated and non-rated, bond structures.
Prior to joining JLL, Bill was the Managing Director of both Regions Bank and the firm’s Broker-Dealer, Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. where he organized and managed the firm’s Real Estate Structured Finance Group.
