I am more than a broker; I am an advisor to my clients. I have been in industrial real since 2010 and in this role I help my determine their needs, not just their wants, in all types of commercial real estate transactions. What I do I help my clients determine their needs, whether they are buying, selling, or leasing a property. Sometimes I simply answer questions, other times I do a formal broker's property opinion for a building they are considering. But always, I remember that what I do impacts more than just the owner, because behind every property there is an owner and behind every owner there is a family. Where and what is my focus I focus on the Chicagoland area, out to NW Indiana, industrial buildings. I specifically target owner/user properties of 25,000 sf and up but I have worked on industrial buildings from 5,000 sf to 125,000 sf. Often these owners have been overlooked by bigger companies - but these owners are my bread and butter, they are what I know and who I most enjoy.
