Berk became one of their top Loan Officers, specializing in purchase refinance, debt consolidation, and commercial mortgages. In a short time, he became the company's Vice President (SVP). Berk Opened his company OCAL Capital Corp, this entity is a Mortgage Lending Company, licensed in Florida, California, and New York. Berk Ocal, born in Karsiyaka, Izmir – Türkiye (Turkey), graduated from Private Cavusoglu High School. Berk Ocal has been serving the Southeast Florida business community and residents for more than 24 years, In addition to his extensive experience in finance, mortgages in Residential and Commercial real estate. Berk has excellent communications within the Turkish and Jewish communities of South and Central Florida, and also, he worked in the Washington DC area.
