As a Senior Associate on CBRE’s Net Lease Property Group Phoenix, Benjamin supports the team in the marketing, research and sales of single-tenant and multi-tenant investment properties in Phoenix and throughout the United States. Benjamin is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients. He enjoys providing thorough economic analysis to support them through the acquisition and disposition process. Prior to joining the team in August 2018, Benjamin was a Leasing Specialist at RED Development. He was responsible for the leasing of Jordan Landing, a regional shopping mall comprised of 1.8 million square feet of retail space located in West Jordan, UT. Benjamin graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Real Estate and Sociology. While at Arizona State University, Benjamin was elected as an Appropriations Senator for the Undergraduate Student Government.
