Ben Terry, an experienced retail brokerage professional with more than two decades of experience, is Senior Vice President I Director of Portfolio Leasing for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Weitzman, one of the largest retail-focused commercial real estate services firms based in Texas. In this position, Terry supervises the leasing team responsible for leasing a large portfolio of D-FW retail properties. In addition, he works with the team’s marketing efforts to attract tenant prospects, handles associate recruitment and training, offers market insights based on an understanding of the economic drivers for each submarket and handles reporting to portfolio ownership. Prior to joining Weitzman, Terry served as Kimco’s Director of Real Estate in Southern California, where he directed leasing and oversaw a brokerage team responsible for an open-air institutional-quality shopping center portfolio totaling 4.4 million square feet and valued at more than $1 billion.
