Ben Tashakorian, a Senior Managing Director of Investments, joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Since joining the firm, he has personally evaluated more than three billion dollars in assets. Ben has over 400 career closings, surpassing one billion dollars in sales and +7 million square feet of commercial space in 20 different states. In 2015 Ben was appointed to Institutional Property Advisors, an exclusive division of Marcus & Millichap, and was appointed an Executive Director in 2020. In Ben’s most recent five years with the firm, he has evaluated more than 200 properties comprising nearly $640 million in value and over 4.3 million square feet of space.
