Ben Nelson is a senior vice president and shareholder with Kidder Mathews specializing in multifamily investment sales in Northern Nevada. As a top producer, he is adept in assisting clients with acquiring and disposing of investment properties including Broker Opinion of Values, strategic marketing processes, financing options and 1031 exchanges. Ben began his career in advertising sales with Gannett Company, Inc., and Dow Jones & Co. In 2010, Ben started his career in commercial real estate with Sperry Van Ness. From 2012 to 2017 he was an associate with Marcus & Millichap, and prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Ben was a vice president with NAI Alliance specializing in multifamily investments. He has been responsible for transacting more than $90M in market rate and student housing investments in Northern Nevada.
