About
Ben Heller joined JLL as a real estate broker in 1998 and is the Director of the Downtown Boston Team. His responsibilities include client development, project execution, relationship management and strategic oversight of the Boston region. Ben develops and executes leasing strategy for investors of all asset classes of office buildings. Additionally, he concentrates his efforts on representing tenants in the Downtown Boston market. Ben also specializes in portfolio strategy and transaction management for a number of companies including Veolia North America. Experience One of Ben’s notable features is his reputation as a trusted individual who continues to drive results. For example, Ben is a member of the team responsible for leasing One Post Office Square, a 1,000,000 square-foot, Class A office redevelopment. The team is responsible for the leasing and marketing of this full-building renovation while the building is occupied resulting in a complex strategy for tenant relocation.
