Ben Hardee is an analyst with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) team in Charlotte, where he primarily covers Multifamily within the Carolinas region. He joined the team in the Spring of 2021 following his graduation from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics. Ben’s focus within the group is to provide analytical and research support in the underwriting of real estate debt transactions.
Prior to joining CBRE, Ben cycled across the country with The Ability Experience, an organization that supports people with special needs. In total, he cycled over 3,600 miles across 12 states spanning from California to Washington, D.C. and raised $7,800 to help special needs organizations.
