Ben Efraimov is a Senior Director with B6 Real Estate Advisors where he focuses on Investment Sales in the NYC markets. Previously, he served as a Director of Investment Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services which was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield on December 31, 2014. Mr. Efraimov recently joined B6 Real Estate Advisors co-founded by Paul Massey of Massey Knakal. He has been involved in approximately $150 million in investment sales volume and has nearly 20 years of experience in development, construction, management, and now brokerage.
Previously Mr. Efraimov served as an Operations Manager for a boutique property management company. In that role, he restructured the day-to-day operations, customized the management software, and made significant staffing adjustments. He prepared annual budgets, monitored and reviewed accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly owner’s reports, cash flow analysis and pro formas.
