Ben Bernstein is the Co-Founder and Principal of RedSky Capital. He graduated from Cornell's College of Arts & Sciences with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Political Theory in 2006. After graduating, Ben co-founded RedSky Capital with fellow Cornell alum Benjamin Stokes. Ben oversees all investments made by RedSky and is responsible for the execution of investment strategy. He has led the acquisition, financing, repositioning, and leasing of over $200mm in real estate. RedSky Capital acquires, develops, owns, and operates real estate throughout the New York Metro Area, with a focus on value-add opportunities in burgeoning markets like Brooklyn and Miami.
