Mr. Brutus joined The Kislak Company, Inc. in 2024 and specializes in the sale of multifamily, retail shopping plazas and other investment properties in southern Florida. Prior to joining Kislak, Mr. Brutus worked with Keller Williams’ commercial division, providing a wide range of services including investment sales, research and advisory services. He has also built a successful mitigation and restoration business, which has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of property management and preservation. He was part of a team that achieved over $300 million in sales. Belus is also a member of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers education board
