About

Bastien has over 15 years of real estate investment and management experience. Since beginning his real estate career in 2009, Bastien has executed on transactions totaling over 10MM SF across 35 properties and over $5BN of total capitalization in partnership with high quality institutional investors. Bastien’s investment and management experience extends to multifamily, office, retail, student housing and industrial across the capital stack. In 2013, Bastien co-founded 60 Guilders, LLC; a company he grew to 20+ corporate employees and 75+ property-level employees. In 2023, Bastien sold his interest in 60 Guilders, LLC and founded 109Co. Bastien oversees all aspects of 109Co’s acquisitions and investment management services. Prior to 60 Guilders, LLC, Bastien worked on the Acquisitions team at Savanna. Bastien received a Bachelor’s Degree, summa cum laude, from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Bastien is fluent in French (native tongue), English, and Spanish, and lives in Tribeca with his wife and two children.
