Barbara Gross, Executive Vice President, is a real estate broker with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate with Sheldon Gross Realty. During this time, she has negotiated more than 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
As a Tenant Representative, many clients utilize her services on an ongoing basis as a consultant to their firm. Her clients have ranged from Fortune 500 corporations to local professional firms, including technology, pharma and biotech, accounting, legal, marketing and financial services.
She has represented these firms in sales and leases, expansion or contraction, relocation, sublease and renewals.
Prior to commercial real estate, Ms. Gross was an account supervisor in public relations and advertising in New York City for RuderFinn and DFS, now Saatchi & Saatchi.
Ms. Gross is married with two children. She resides in Morristown, New Jersey. Her interests include golf, kayaking and scuba diving.
