Austin C. Willis has served as Chief Executive Officer of Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) since April 2022. Austin joined WLFC in March 2017 as Senior Vice President Corporate Development. He has also served on the Board of WLFC since 2008. From 2004 to 2013 Austin held the role of President and CEO of JT-Power LLC, a privately held company engaged in the business of selling commercial jet turbine engine parts and leasing commercial aircraft. In November 2013, Austin sold most of the assets and on-going business of JT-Power, LLC to Willis Aeronautical Services, Inc. Austin earned his bachelor’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science where he studied finance and industrial relations. He served as a combat dive qualified special forces engineer in the US Army Special Forces “Green Berets".
