About
Austin Sneed is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. In his role, he is responsible for the structuring and closing of debt financing for the acquisition, refinance, repositioning, and construction of commercial real estate assets. Prior to his role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Sneed worked as an analyst at Medalist Capital, a commercial real estate financial services company specializing in mortgage banking, investment advisory, and defeasance services. In his role, he assisted in the origination, structuring, and underwriting of more than $500 million in capital markets transactions. Mr. Sneed earned his bachelor’s degree in finance with an emphasis in financial services from Clemson University. He currently serves on the South Carolina Advisory Board of Entryway, a national 501(c)3 organization that provides housing, employment, and career training opportunities to individuals facing situational homelessness.
