Austin Sheahan is a member of the Newmark Capital Markets Team in Dallas, focusing primarily on investment sales of office and mixed-use product in the Southern United States, with an emphasis on the major Texas markets. Sheahan joined Newmark’s Dallas office in 2021 to expand its U.S. Capital Markets platform alongside a team of experts in the institutional capital markets arena. The team is focused on bolstering Newmark’s share of capital markets transactions across Texas, the central region and nationally and on building a best-in-class office capital markets practice for Newmark in Texas.
