Austin Roche is a commercial real estate investment professional and Managing Partner of BKR Real Estate Group. Austin’s primary focus is on multi-family, mixed use and development sites in Long Island City and Astoria, Queens, NY. Prior to co-founding BKR Real Estate Group, Austin spent one year on the New York Multifamily team of Marcus & Millichap, where he was responsible for advising clients and sourcing over $17.3 million in multi-family and mixed-use buildings in New York. He has proven himself to be an invaluable resource through his understanding of start-to-finish deal execution, New York housing law, and his pulse of the New York real estate marketplace. Austin graduated from High Point University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor degree in entrepreneurship. In his free time, Austin enjoys spear fishing, playing basketball and antique cars.
