Austin Ray Huffman, a San Diego native, went to Chapman University in Orange County and majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship and minored in Psychology. He and his wife currently live in Hillcrest and works as the onsite property manager at his 21 unit apartment building.
Mr. Huffman specializes in the Mid-City Area of San Diego, a location where his grandfather, Ray Huffman, constructed over 580 apartment buildings between the 1960s and 1980s. Austin’s father, Steve Huffman, was also a prominent broker in the marketplace for over 30 years. During his first year at the firm, Austin was the San Diego Office's top outbound caller and "Rookie of the Year." In 2019, Austin won the "Rising Star" award for being the number one agent in his office under three years tenure.
In 2020, Mr. Huffman was recognized by the San Diego Business journal as the "Rising Star," an award of excellence given to the number one up and coming commercial agent in San Diego. During his career, Mr. Huffman has listed and closed more than $100 million in commercial real estate transactions.
