After graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Austin joined the fastest growing start-up in the nation, Bellhops, as the 6th employee and Director of Operations. Within a year he managed the growth of the company from 50 to 100 cities and from 1,000 to 10,000 Bellhops. He also managed a 100-person team to ensure all 12,500 projects across the nation were completed on time. This was 5X growth of the year before, where the company completed only 2,500 moves.
Austin started his career in real estate selling residential property in 2015. After selling over $15M in assets, he transitioned into the commercial sector shortly thereafter. Since the transition Austin has sold more than $100M in multi-family housing, apartment assets, and development sites across Tennessee and Kentucky.
