Austin Groen is a Vice President with CBRE Phoenix Multifamily Institutional Properties. Since joining the team in 2020, Austin has been involved in over 131 multifamily investment transactions totaling more than $11 billion in value. Prior to joining CBRE, Austin worked as a Senior Investment Analyst on the Agency Multifamily and Generalist teams at PGIM Real Estate Finance in the Washington, DC metro area. In his previous role, Austin was directly involved in the transaction process, from initial screening and financial modeling to closing, for dozens of multifamily and commercial transactions totaling over $1B for various capital sources. Austin graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.B.A in Finance with a minor in Spanish from the University of San Diego.
