Ashlee Wells works alongside Scott Herbold in CBRE’s San Antonio office, where she focuses on healthcare operator relationships and specializes in healthcare and office investment sales across the state of Texas.
In her Capital Markets role, Ashlee aides in the transaction process and works to expand the team’s business development efforts by utilizing creative approaches to overcome challenges and establish effective systems.
