Asher Hall joined the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in 2022 as a Senior Director in the Dallas office. He previously worked with Institutional Property Advisors, where he was involved in the sale of more than $5B in multifamily sales, totaling over 25,000 units that included Core, Core-Plus, and Value-Add opportunities. Asher graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Informatics and Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. He is the head of Indiana University’s Dallas Real Estate Alumni Chapter, on the Host Committee for Israel Bond’s Dallas Real Estate Division, and is active with TREC - Young Guns and Dallas Regional Chamber.
