Since Arun joined MDH in 2020, the company has more than doubled their assets under management and expanded the portfolio by more than 15 million square feet. The company has completed 25 financings exceeding $2.2 billion dollars, expanded into seven new states, and has doubled the size of the organization. He is one of the three voting investment committee members, and participates in all investment activities, including acquisitions, leasing, and financings. Additionally, Arun spends substantial time on the strategic redevelopment of Lee + White in West End, Atlanta and created their ESG policy. Prior to joining MDH, Arun was a Vice President at MetLife Real Estate and leader of the southeast commercial mortgage platform, managing an $8 billion loan portfolio and originating more than $2 billion of annual loan originations.
